3-month behavior change strategy series with option to extend
Sessions take place every week for the first 4 weeks followed by every other week
Our first session is one hour; subsequent sessions are 30-45 minutes

Small Group:
3-month behavior change strategy series
Sessions take place every other week for a total of 6 sessions
Group size: 6-10 people
Themed group workshops cover topics such as stress reduction, weight loss, mindful eating, exercise, personal and professional development, and mindful awareness
Corporate Wellness:
Option 1: Customized 1:1 or small group behavior change strategy series that supports and aligns with corporate wellness priorities, decreasing health costs for both the corporation and employees
Option 2: Customized 1:1 engagement to support Employee Assistance Programs (EPA) for employees facing personal challenges that might affect their job performance, health, or well-being
